As a NXTSYS partner, you have a team dedicated to managing the quoting process(es) for you – providing you with accurate, reliable quotes that we consolidate in a single sharable document. Our proven proprietary quoting process allows us to deliver customized, multi-carrier quotes to our agents in 2 business days or less!

Request a Quote

Here's how to quote to get the best results, with the quickest turn-around time:

  1. Go to nxtsys.com/forms (or hover over PARTNERS in the header menu, and click on QUOTE & ORDER FORMS)
  2. Choose the applicable solution for your quote request
  3. Input the required information. Add as much information/detail as possible to ensure you get the best results.
    • If you need specific providers or services quoted, be sure to specify those.

Quote Results & Follow-up

Results: You will receive an email containing a .pdf that lists all of the results, by provider.
The typical turnaround time to receive your results is 24 - 48 business hours from submission. Some quotes may require additional details to provide accurate options, in which case your NXTSYS Channel Manager will follow up with you as soon as possible to collect those details.

As a NXTSYS partner, you have a team dedicated to managing the order process with you, including:

Place an Order

To ensure we capture your order details as thoroughly as possible on the first submission, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to nxtsys.com/forms (or hover over PARTNERS in the header menu, and click on QUOTE & ORDER FORMS)
  2. Select the [ Phone / Internet / TV ] button under "Place an Order"
  3. Input the required information.
    • If you requested a quote from NXTSYS related to this order, you'll be asked to provide the NXTSYS Quote Number (a 5-digit number).
      The NXTSYS Quote Number can be found on the quote .pdf you received by email from us, or by logging into your RPM account > clicking View Quotes button in your RPM account dashboard > identifying the related quote.
    • Some orders may require a recent bill/statement from your customer in order to submit the order to the provider.
    • Spectrum Coax Orders require a signed LOA for us to proceed with the voice order. You can upload the signed Spectrum LOA at the bottom of the Order form in the field labeled "Upload the Customer Bill Copies and Letter of Agency Here:".

Important Order Details

Highlighted are some important things to look for in your orders:

RPM Account

RPM Telco

RPM Telco is a back-office and commissions management software designed specifically for telecom channel businesses. RPM Telco is used both internally by the NXTSYS team and by our partners to accurately manage partner information, quotes, orders, commissions and accounting details.

Account Login

Once you've signed the NXTSYS partner agreement, your RPM Telco account will be created using your provided email address. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to sign in your account and create your password.

Account Dashboard

Your account has a default dashboard with links to important areas like Quotes, Orders, Customers, Commissions and Upcoming Renewels. There is also a section where you will see relevant updates and information from the NXTSYS team.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your NXTSYS account login, please email commissions@nxtsys.com and copy your NXTSYS Channel Manager to receive your login credentials.

Commissions

What to Expect

The NXTSYS commission run closes on the 7th of each month, unless the 7th falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case the run will close the next business day. You can expect to receive your commission payment in three business days following the run closure.

Sign in to your NXTSYS RPM account to access & download your commission statements, check your order statuses and view the install calendar.

Statements & History

To view your commissions summary and statements:

  1. Sign in to your NXTSYS account, then click the "Commissions" link in the right-side column or navigate to the hamburger menu dropdown > click the "Commissions" link.
  2. You'll be navigated to the Commissions dashboard where you can see the current run's "Summary" and a link to view "History".
  3. Summary: On the summary page you can view your payments by Provider, Customer, and Solutions. You can see your Adjustments (Admin Fee) or any applicable Referrals.

    To download the Summary statement: click "Download All Data". Select a different month from the Run dropdown to easily view other commission statements and information.

To view your commissions history:

  1. Sign in to your NXTSYS account, then click the "Commissions" link in the right-side column or navigate to the hamburger menu dropdown > click the "Commissions" link.
  2. You'll be navigated to the commissions dashboard where you can see the current run's "Summary" and a link to view "History".
  3. History: View all of your past commission runs with the option to view each run's statement.

Provider Rate Card

You may be asked to input your email address to view the rate card. Please use the email address assocaited with your NXTSYS partnership.

Questions, Help & Support

If you are missing a payout on an account, our commissions team proactively researches all missing accounts from the recent runs to determine if they have been disconnected, are behind in payment(s) or things didn't flow correctly.

For commissions related inquiries, you can email commissions@nxtsys.com. If you are inquiring about a specific account, please include the associated NXTSYS Order number, which can be found in your RPM account > Orders.
