Occasionally we run across instances with AT&T where ABF circuits are designated as "Anchor Build". Prior to NXTSYS requesting an anchor build, we first qualify the site during the quoting phase. When an order is requested, we confirm directly with AT&T to determine site eligibility. There are instances that the initial qualification is incorrect. The AT&T tools we use to qualify/validate may not have updated with the latest information.
Once the site has been deemed eligible for an anchor build the process can take an average of 90 days to complete. Some locations take longer than others.
Anchor Build Process:
We do not have the ability to escalate this process, or get around it. We ask for your patience when placing these orders and please know there are inherent risks that even after 90 days, these circuits may not complete. Great amount of bandwidth for a very cheap price, but it comes with risk.

What has changed?
Web streaming (watch.spectrum.net) of live TV channels is now supported for all customers (except Bar & Restaurant) without static IP. Previously, this option was only available in legacy TWC areas. For web streaming, the customer must be at the business location.
Webcasting of SpectrumTV.com from a customer’s computer to a TV is now supported using Google Chromecast. Both the computer and TV must be connected to the business’ modem or WiFi. Note that Spectrum only supports webcasting via Google Chromecast.
